Bumbu Rica Ayam Suwir

Sudah bukan rahasia umum lagi bahwa penduduk Indonesia paling suka dengan resep makanan yang pedas-pedas. Kurang lengkap rasanya jika menyantap makanan tanpa ada rasa pedas yang bisa menggoyang lidah. Pada kesempatan kali ini, kita akan mencoba menu pedas dari bumbu rica ayam suwir atau yang biasa dikenal dengan ayam suwir bumbu rica rica . Untuk membuat bumbu rica ayam suwir ini, kita membutuhkan bahan-bahan sebagai berikut. Bahan bumbu rica ayam suwir: daging ayam bagian dada 1/2 kg jeruk nipis 1 buah batang serai, 1 batang saja dan digeprek lengkuas 1cm dan digeprek juga daun salam sebanyak 2 lembar merica bubuk 1/2 sendok teh garam 1/2 sendok teh terasi yang sudah dibakar 1/2 sendok teh  gula merah 2 cm air asam jawa 1 sendok makan kecap manis 1 sendok makan kaldu bubuk rasa ayam sebanyak 1/2 sendok teh air untuk merebus 800 ml  minyak goreng  2 sendok makan untuk menumis Bahan bumbu rica ayam suwir yang dihaluskan: cabe merah  8 buah (bisa d

Milkshake Almond

Ingredients : 75 gr almonds 75 grams sugar 700 ml of liquid milk ½ tsp almond extract   500 ml vanilla ice cream Direction: Enter all ingredients , except ice cream , in a blender . Process until all smooth . Add ice cream , process again until blended . Pour into serving glasses . Serve cold .  

Sweet Ginger Soup van Java (Wedang Angsle)

Ingredients : 100 g of white sticky rice , steamed until cooked 50 g pomegranate seeds , boiled until cooked , drained 50 g green beans , boiled until cooked , drained   2 pieces of white bread , remove the edges , diced 1 cm Petulo : 250 g rice flour , sifted 300 ml coconut milk 1 tsp salt   4 pandan leaves , conclude 50 g flour starch , sifted ½ teaspoon green food coloring ½ tsp pink food coloring   Sauce :     1 ½ L Thin coconut milk   3 pandan leaves , conclude   200 g sugar   1 tsp salt   5 cm ginger , crushed Direction: Petulo : Steamed rice flour for 20 minutes in a hot saucepan . Lift . Set aside. Boil coconut milk with salt and pandan leaves , remove from heat. Set aside pandan leaves . Pour into rice flour steamed , stir while to cool . Mint Tea Punch

Ingredients : 3 cups boiling water 12 sprigs fresh mint 4 tea bags 1 cup white sugar 1 cup orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 5 cups cold water 3 orange slices for garnish (optional) 3 lemon slices for garnish (optional) Directions : Place the tea bags and mint sprigs into a large pitcher. Pour boiling water over them, and allow to steep for about 8 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags and mint leaves, squeezing out excess liquid. Stir in sugar until dissolved, then stir in the orange juice and lemon juice. Pour in the cold water. Serve over ice cubes, garnished with orange or lemon slices.

Spicy Chicken Grill

Ingredients : 8 pieces of chicken wings 1 tablespoon tamarind water 2 tsp salt 1 tsp lemon juice 200 ml of water 50 ml soy sauce 2 tablespoons cooking oil     Seasoning ( This spice puree using a blender) : 5 chili 8 pieces of onion 2 cloves garlic 4 pieces of hazelnut 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt Direction: Marinate chicken with tamarind water , lemon juice and salt for 15 minutes . Heat a little cooking oil and saute ground spices until fragrant . Add chicken and stir until it changes color . Pour in water and soy sauce , stir until the spices to infuse. Next step: Grilled chicken along with spices until soft and fragrant .  

Fried Shrimp with Mango Salad

Ingredients: 300 gr shrimp, peeled, tail-on 2 eggs , beaten with 50 ml of milk 300 gr seasoning flour (ready to use) Salt and pepper, to taste 1 liter cooking oil Mango salad: 1 young mango, julienned 5 small green chilli, finely sliced 1 lime, juiced 100 ml Bangkok Chilli sauce 1 tsp sugar   Cooking Direction: Coat shrimp with salt and pepper, marinate for 15 minutes until it is well seasoned. Dredge shrimp into egg wash, then coat with seasoning flour. Heat cooking oil, fry shrimp until golden brown, and then remove and drain Mango Salad: Combine mango with green chili, mix well. Add lime juice, sugar and Bangkok Chilli sauce, mix well. Serve fried shrimp with mango salad.

Chocolate Ice Cendol (Es Cendol Coklat)

Ingredients :   - 150 gr flour hunkwe - 10 gr cocoa powder - ½ tsp vanilla powder - 600 ml water Complement:   - 5 eyes jackfruit , cut into small pieces - 100 ml of sweetened condensed milk white - Shaved ice How to make :   - Dissolve hunkwue flour , chocolate and vanilla with water . - Cook over low heat while stirring , stirring until thick and Lift . - Pour cendol are cooked into a mold cendol and press. if you do not have mold cendol , you can use another container that has a lot of holes in the bottom to print cendol . After that input cendol in a container of cold water or ice water . Allow to cool and harden . Drain . - Put cendol in serving glasses . - Give a complement ( jackfruit pieces , shaved ice and sweetened condensed milk ) . Serve immediately . This recipe only makes 6 cups chocolate ice cendol .   * example: cendol mold
